This Still + Meditation is often a longer duration practice focusing on anchoring awareness in breath and body, and cultivating tenderness toward ourselves. Passive postures are explored for up to 5 minutes allowing the body to open slowly and the mind to calm. This way of practicing puts gentle pressure on the connective tissue and the more subtle energetic system, allowing for greater flexibility and energy flow. Designed with a relaxed pace, with a special focus on mediation, we invite observation of the mental + emotional body.
