REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage is an effective way to help with healing, release pain, tension, and any holding patterns that limit mobility and happiness in day to day life. Collaboration between yoga and massage therapy ensures excellent integration of care with a focus on preventative medicine, both practices renew tissues and helps to restore your body/mind complex to balance.
RMT can be claimed on extended benefits and Hot Stone Massage is also available. LAB Wellness offers direct billing with most insurers.
