Flow (level 1)

A mindful, steady class where the poses flow together in an introduction to “Vinyasa” style class. This Offering is a full body/spectrum and introduces flow in a mindful, gentle and methodical way, with options for all levels and for those working with injuries. Excellent for those interested in working with the foundations of how breath meets movement at a slow, steady and grounding pace.
